icchips is committed to protecting your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. International Transfers
icchips is headquartered in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
8. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact privacy@icchips.com and we will promptly delete it.
